Each new order will be shipped in the most timely manner possible. In-stock items will ship from our warehouse within 3-5 business days of the purchase date. Once your order leaves our warehouse, it should arrive in 3-5 business days depending on your selected shipping preferences.
Please note that we ship Monday-Friday, and do not count weekends or US holidays as business days. Your order may experience delays due to a high volume of orders during promotional events or Holidays.
We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.
Yes, please place your order as you normally would and select "Store Pickup" on the Cart page. Only the purchaser who placed the order can pick-up.
You will automatically receive a tracking number once the label has been printed, but due to the high volume of packages leaving our store and the new procedures the shipping companies follow, most packages are not scanned when they are picked up, and most shipping services do not update tracking information until your order reaches your door.
Some packages may require a signature so we ask that you please check with your local post office first. Those Plant Ladies is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry we will confirm delivery to the provided address, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
Occasionally a shipment might get damaged in transit or we ship the incorrect item, if this happens we will take care of it immediately. Please contact us (email@example.com) within 7 days with your name, order number, and description of the damaged item and/or packaging. In most cases we will send you a paid return shipping label to return the incorrect or damaged item and we will ship out your replacement the same day.
All sales are final.
We accept returns for refund or exchange, for items damaged in transit.
